The Magic Marine Virtual Easter Regatta 2020 prize-giving ceremony will be held after the races on Sunday the 12th of April 2020 at 21:00h CEST. Convert to your local time. It will be a live virtual event using Google Meet.
The sailors, organizing committee and sponsors can all participate in the video conference and will be invited via email and receive a Google Meet link.
You can join the meeting on a computer in a web browser or from the Google Meet app on the Android, iPhone & iPad. You need to be signed in to a Google or Gmail account if you want to join using your mobile device. Need help? Follow the instructions on the Google Help Center page: “Join a Video Meeting”.
We ask all participants to join 10 minutes early to avoid delays in starting the event and to mute your microphone when not speaking to avoid interruptions. To mute or unmute yourself, at the bottom of the video window, click Mute or use the keyboard shortcut ⌘/Ctrl + D.
All other spectators can view the live stream of the prize-giving ceremony. A link to the live stream will be posted on the website and social media. The ceremony will also be recorded and shared online after the event.
